We engaged Keith from Banstead Construction to do an extension on our house, including a loft conversion and a new patio. From our initial meeting with Keith, we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and this was how the build process continued from start to finish. Communication between us and all his tradesmen was great, and they always kept the site clean at the end of each day. We’re really pleased with the work that Banstead Construction Services completed for us. We remodelled both the downstairs and upstairs, which meant a total gutting, a fair amount of steelwork, the rebuilding and installation of a new kitchen and bathrooms. NK services made sure we could live in the building work as easily as possible by making sure we kept our appliances, sink etc for a long as possible and were always extremely tidy. They really took pride in their work and we felt that they strove to do the best job possible. They kept us updated with every stage of the work and nothing was too much trouble.

We couldn’t recommend Banstead Construction highly enough. Keith, Nick and team have done a very professional job – they were tidy, polite and clearly take pride in their work. The job was delayed a bit due to weather, but we were kept updated and the team worked hard to finish according to our needs. The costs increased from the original quote, but this was because the extent of the repairs changed once the scaffolding was up and the old render was removed. This was not the fault of BC, and again, Keith kept us updated about the increased costs and timings. We would happily use them again.
